East County Family YMCA Swim Lessons

There is a reason the YMCA has been referred to as America's Favorite Swim Instructor! In YMCA classes, not only are the students taught how to swim in a caring way, but they learn about safety and rescue skills and about water activities which can be enjoyed for a lifetime. That's why the YMCA has been teaching swimming for well over 100 years.

YMCA aquatics staff maintain nationally recognized certifications in Lifeguard Training, CPR, First Aid, Oxygen, Title 22 and Swimming Instruction for each program level.
